How does it work?

• Refer a new patient to Triangle Dental and you’ll both be entered into the prize draw which runs between 1 April – 30 June 2023.
• You can refer immediate or extended family, friends, coworkers, neighbours, anyone you like. Just ask the new patient to mentioned your name when they schedule their first appointment and you’ll both be in with a chance of winning one of our fantastic prizes.
• One winner will be drawn monthly. The prize for April’s draw is the Oral B i05 electric toothbrush. May’s draw is for Apple AirPods and the prize for June is the teeth whitening package.
• There is no limit on how many referrals you can make. So, the more people you refer, the more chances for you to WIN!
