• The new patient referred to us cannot already be registered at Triangle Dental.
• On booking their appointment, the new patient should mention that they have been referred by an existing patient and should mention their name. Both patients will then be entered into the prize draw.
• A winner will only be able to redeem their prize once the referred patient has attended their first appointment. If the referred patient fails to attend their appointment, another winner will be selected.
• An existing patient may refer as many people as they wish and each referral will generate a new entry into that month’s draw.
• Only one entry will be accepted per referred person. If a person has been referred already by another existing patient, another entry cannot be made on this same person by another existing patient.
• All existing patients who refer a person to the practice will be automatically entered into the draw, unless they decline this option.
• There will be a different prize each month. Entries will be allowed for the entire month that the prize is running.
• The dates for the monthly prize draws will be as follows: Oral B I/O 5 electric toothbrush – 1st-30th April (draw selected on 2nd May), Apple Airpods (2nd generation) – 1st-31st May (draw selected on 1st June), Professional whitening package * – 1st-30th June (draw selected on 3rd July).
• Should the advertised prize not be available for any reason, an equivalent prize of the same price will be offered. There is no cash alternative, prizes may not be traded back in for their cash equivalent.
• Entrants from each months draw will be placed into a database and the winner will be selected at random by a computer. There will be one winner per prize. The winner from each month will be contacted within a week from the draw date.
• Winners will be contacted either by phone or email. If there is no response within 31 days of the first point of contact, another winner will be selected.
• Winners from the prize draw will be contacted to collect their prize from Triangle Dental and may be asked to participate in our Social media posts, advertising you as the month’s winner.
• This promotion is not open to Staff of Triangle Dental or their families.
• This prize draw is for the purposes of Triangle Dental Limited, 79 school road, Tilehurst, Reading, United Kingdom RG31 5AT only. This draw is not connected with any other practice named Triangle Dental.
• On entry, your information will not be passed onto any other companies for any other purposes.

* Whitening package specific Terms

• For your safety, patients should have had a recent dental examination and be dentally fit and well before starting on any whitening treatments. Ability to have this treatment will be dictated by your dentist. Your dentist will also be able to advise whether this treatment will work for your teeth.
• Should you not be eligible to have the whitening package, you are welcome to select from one of the other two prizes OR transfer the package to someone else who is eligible.
• By law, tooth whitening is only allowed for patients aged 18 years and over. Therefore, we will be unable to provide this package for a patient under the age of 18 years.
