We are pleased to announce that online booking is now available for our patients at Triangle Dental. Our goal is to make the booking process simpler and more convenient, especially for those who find it difficult to call our Reception team during working hours.

You can now book a range of services online, including dental examinations, select treatments, and consultations. If you’re already a registered patient, you’ll receive a link in your reminder email or text to book routine check-ups and hygienist appointments.

Please note that online booking is currently available for Private and Denplan patients only. If you are a child NHS patient, please contact us by phone to book your appointment.

If you need to cancel an appointment booked online or have special requirements such as needing to see your dentist downstairs -we kindly ask that you call us directly.

Here’s how it works

STEP 1: VISIT OUR ONLINE BOOKING PORTAL VIA OUR WEBSITE

STEP 2: CLICK ON THE RELEVANT PATIENT TYPE AND SELECT IF YOU ARE A NEW OR EXISTING PATIENT

Please note the box highlighted in grey denotes your selection

STEP 3: CLICK ON RELEVANT INSURANCE TYPE NHS or PRIVATE

Online booking is currently available for Private and Denplan patients only. If you are a Denplan patient, select ‘Private’ for your Insurance Type. If you are an NHS patient, please give us a call to book your appointment

STEP 4: SELECT YOUR REASON FOR BOOKING FROM THE DROP DOWN MENU

Please note appointments are available for select, popular treatments. If you do not find the treatment you are looking for, then please contact the practice on 0118 942 7113

STEP 5: SELECT THE PROVIDER (DENTIST) YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE
If you are an existing patient and are unsure as to who is your dentist then please contact us to make sure you are booked in with the correct person

STEP 6: SELECT THE AVAILABLE TIME SLOT

STEP 7: ACCEPT THE TERMS OF USE AND THEN ENTER YOUR PATIENT DETAILS

If you’re a registered patient, please ensure that you enter the same details as the ones that we have on your record. If you need to check whether the details on your record are correct then please contact us before using online booking.

STEP 8: ENTER THE 4 DIGIT CODE THAT WAS AUTOMATICALLY SENT TO YOUR MOBILE TO CONFIRM YOUR PATIENT DETAILS

STEP 9: PAY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please note that most appointments are payable in advance and payments can be made securely via our integrated system

STEP 10: YOUR APPOINTMENT IS NOW BOOKED. YOU WILL BE SENT AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION SHORTLY AFTER
